Dancing Mama offers a variety of classes for moms at all stages. From the Zumba for Bellies class to Salsa Babies and the brand new Zumbini class, we want to provide an environment were moms can enjoy themselves while dancing to the rhythms of Latin music, with or without their children. Salsa Babies® 
Dance your way back into shape with the best little partner of all – your baby! With the little ones snuggled into baby carriers, new moms learn basic steps to popular Latin dances, while babies shake maracas and bounce along to the Salsa beat. Salsa Babies offers a great workout, a chance to socialize with other parents, and an opportunity to introduce one’s child to music and movement. Classes are appropriate for babies approximately 6-8 weeks of age and up, as long as you are comfortable supporting your baby in a carrier for the duration of the class. All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome.
Zumbini®
The new Zumbini® program is where the science of child development meets the magic of Zumba®! Designed for children 0 to 4 years old and their caregivers, this program takes little ones on their first steps toward a healthy, active life. Together, adults and their young children wiggle, sing, and learn, for the ultimate bonding experience! Each participant will receive a free Zumbini™ Bundle containing a songbook and two copies of the class music CD, so you can take the class experience wherever you go!
Zumba® for Bellies
Staying active during pregnancy and celebrating the beauty and wonder of our bodies is very important. The Zumba for Bellies class for moms-to-be has been designed with prenatal considerations in mind. This class includes a gentle warm-up routine, followed by the introduction of basic Latin dance steps to the rhythms of lively music. The class ends with some floor exercises and a cooldown routine that will help you prepare for childbirth. All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome.
Zumba® for Moms
Designed for moms that want to take time off for themselves, this exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will surely make you move and become a healthier and happier mama. The Zumba® workout provides long-term physical and emotional benefits, and its simple dance moves from around the world increase the fun factor, making it feel like exercise in disguise. Zumba classes feature routines set to fast and slow rhythms that successfully tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.
